Staff were approachable and acknowledged all customers right from the waiting area.Service team sent video recording of visual health check of my car on timeI had a comfortable quiet seat away from the waiting area to charge my laptop whilst I carried on with my work (really appreciate your representative who came to my rescue whilst I was trying to find a charging point for my laptop)Jithu (service team manager) was approachable and kept me updated with realistic times for service completionOverall staff were warm, approachable and acknowledged customers.I trust that this level of service is maintained.With Kind Regards.
