Lee did his best to make it a great handover as much possible. He further explained the building works that were in progress which for me was also key. There was a problem with the paperwork and there was a chance of me not receiving the vehicle as anticipated but Lee and the team made sure all was rectified quickly and I was able to take the car with me.

I was very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail that Ash Hook gave us it made the whole process very easy
