Sales person did a great job, very personable, polite and professional. Improvement in signing documents via technology should be considered as doesn't really work well, bit of a pain. Human element excellent.

I dealt with Richard Rapley. Extremely helpful. From the initial enquiry on a car that was at a sister site he went to alot of trouble and effort to get the car brought over, prepared and ready for collection in a matter of days. Replied to all emails promptly and if he wasn’t available to take a call it was returned extremely quickly. No pressure just a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the Mercedes Brand.

Customer service was ok. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase due to the payments being slightly more than I needed them to be, But Ola from Maidstone was great and done his best.I will be. returning when the time is right!
