I have been very impressed with the Mercedes Maidstone dealership in particular Sales Executive Lee Kinsgston who was always quick to respond to any query I had via email and phone. He was extremely helpful in sourcing my new C Class AMG estate. We looked at a few cars before deciding on this particular model. He guided me through all the pre purchase paperwork and the finance options and spent time running through all the new safety and driving features of my new car. I have recommended Lee to my sister for her new car.

However my experience with an on going software issue which MB has not sorted in 9 months or more is another matter.I M disappointed that my car was sold to me with this fault and I still await a resolve.
