Peter Petts was amazing he offered me a coffee as soon as I walked in and answered every question I had no matter how small he’s knowable really of the brand was impressive.

I am still waiting after 3 weeks for my car to be fixed. We are waiting for the warranty company to respond.Twice I have been told I will get a call back but nothing. I have to keep calling!I paid extra when purchasing my car to enjoy the services provided and so far I can say the experience is not one I would recommend to anyone else.I would like to add everyone in Maidstone has been very nice and helpful but why use a warranty company that makes you look bad? It’s awful customer service. Please can my car be fixed so I can actually use it!

Very easy to talk to Rummy ? Explained what we needed after the test drive of the A Class. Looking now at a CLA in white with low mileage, premier plus.

Vehicle KP74 LLV was deivered to me on Friday 9th Jan. When looked inside the car it was plainly obvious that the car had NOT been valted inside. I then connected Ravinder Singh at the Maidstone branch and all he could up with was for me to get the car valted at my expense and I would be reimbursed for the cost. I sent the invoice to Ravinder on Fri 9th Jan and the car was valeted on Sat afternoon. Today, 16th Jan at 8:43, I chased up the see when the payment would be made. At this point in time, 15:55, I still have not recived my money. Now if the car had been valeted, as it should have been before delivery, then we would NOT be in this position. This is very disappointing and frustating.You took all my money within mins of doing a bank transfer, but you cannot reimburse me for £67! Absolutely ridiculous!I have chased again and Ravider has stated that my money will be in my bank by end of today. This is not acceptable?Very frustatred and disappointed with the whole situationRegardsRenos

We shook hands on a deal on a GLC with £500 off the price. Then I was about to sign the documents only to realise that there was only £200 off but the salesman said nothing. Very devious!!

was told that someone would pop over with a colour sample last week and no one came or called to let me know they couldn't make it I have now placed an order with lookers Mercedes Benz in Ashford.

The team at Mercedes Gatwick was professional and helpful. However, I was surprised not to receive the complimentary Quick Detailing kit, which I usually get from Mercedes dealers. Also, with the car approaching its first service at around 7,000 miles, I had expected the first service to be complimentary, as was arranged when I purchased an S-Class from Mercedes Preston. I hope this feedback is useful for improving the customer experience.
