I initially only came into Mercedes for a browse as I was at the Hyandai garage. I saw an A class and decided to have a look. Ola came over to see if I needed any assistance. I thought it wouldn't do any harm to get a quote. There wasn't any pressure from Ola whatsoever. I explained that I had other cars I wanted to look at also. I was told if I had any questions, just call or pop in. I made another appointment just before Christmas with Ola, he answered all my questions and queries I had, so I decided to go ahead and purchase an A class. I can't thank Ola enough for all his help.
