Great communication with Ravinder Sidhu (the sales agent) leading up to the purchase and collection. On arrival, we were greeted with a polite and friendly manner and allowed to inspect the vehicle in our time with no pressure. The bonnet of the vehicle has some noticeable scratches but the car was sent to the body shop to be resolved straight away. It would have been nice if some extras were included in the sale but nothing was offered (other than money off paint protection) despite my asking since the car was reserved online with no negotiation having taken place.

Bhavtek Patel, must be the best trained car salesperson I have come across in almost 40 years of buying vehicles. I live in Glasgow and his attention to detail and my request to see a full video of the e300, immediately sold me the car. I felt he was me, checking for any slight nicks and dents. He has done a 1st Class job !
