I was working away in Dublin leading up to picking the car up so it was a little fraught for me trying to get everything in place before I picked the car up. Lee was great at helping me sort everything out and we re-arranged to pick up a day later on the Saturday which helped out enormously.Lee gave us/me a run through of the controls, but due to our age and fear of technology it might have been good to have phones linked and a more in depth run through. This is more to do with our fear of new things.

The overall experience was really good, our car was not delivered back until the next morning which was not a problem. Although we had arranged for our car to be collected and returned we kept getting e mail reminders that our service was due so I felt I had to check to make sure that the car was actually booked in
