P/ex value on my vehicle was a little low. Ash was quick to find another vehicle the next day but unfortunately I had already sourced one myself with an improved p/ex value offered.

I was quoted a price for the service when I booked and noted this down, but when I collected my car, the invoice was for over £100 more. I understand that extra work might be required when a vehicle is serviced but then I asked what the extra charge was for they couldn’t explain it. There was some discussion on the office and then I was advised that the invoice would be re-done. The reason I was given was the person who does the invoices must have made a mistake as she had been very busy that day. They deducted £15 from the cost of the loan car, as a gesture but I will be checking the invoices carefully in future!
