Didn’t need the service plan as it came with 2 years free servicing.Sam was really professional and kept us informed all through the transaction and went above and beyond to get us all sorted out. Great service.

the video of the cars health check is very useful. The vision is good however the sound could be much clearer.

Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz( not lookers) I purchased a brand new car outright. Went to collect a couple of days later and they had increased the price originally advertised.Believing I had paid for my vehicle in full I was shocked to hear that I wouldn’t be able to drive it away u till I had made the extra payment!

Very efficient on the day. I liked the experience of being able to see my car in the work shop from the waiting area. I found the availability of a appointment difficult to manage as it was so long to get an available appointment.There were some other clients strolling about, appeared to be waiting but I didn't see them go to the service desk, using very bad offensive language. I felt the staff should have intervened.

The valet wasn't so great, the inside of the vehicle was still dirty, mud scuffs on door cards and crumbs in cup holders!
