I requested a valuation when I took car for a service.I called Mercedes to pay for my service and asked for a valuation which I hadn't received.I telephoned today and requested the valuation which should of been done on Friday or SaturdayChristiune Cunningham

A good service overall, just a little frustrating at the time of booking. I did this online then got a subsequent email saying it had been cancelled as there were no slots. Not a big issue but annoying having to phone and reschedule.
