The process was handled as smoothly as possible by Ashley Hook in the circumstances (surrounding the admin required. The admin process was possibly the worst I have experienced in 30 years of buying from Mercedes).)

Please give my thanks to Ash, he understood what my requirements were, he was super down to earth and ultimately found what I was looking for.
