The collection and delivery service was excellent, really lovely driver, thank you.The service was excellent and great customer service.However, I found the on-line booking system did not work properly and therefore my booking was double booked (apparently a known fault!), so had been rearranged on a date I could not do, I then had trouble getting a date booked.

A quiet area away from a television that was blaring out but being watched by nobody would be nice as I found it very noisy in the waiting area. I did appreciate the wide choice of tea & coffee that was available. The Ladies toilets were immaculate & the whole showroom was very clean.As a single woman I feel safe & there is a welcoming atmosphere across the whole site.
