It is always a pleasure to visit Mercerdes-Benz Maidstone. The Customer Care is second to none and I feel really valued as a customer. The staff are pleasant and helpful and communicate well with their customers. The show room is well stocked, clean and organised and the waiting area is comfortable with wi-fi and drinks facilities. I highly recommend this dealership.

Customer wi Fi was weak , when waiting for a vehicle for 2 hours would be nice to have good wi Fi . Other than that all great .

Our experience was good. Mir. Sing was so helpfull and nothing was too much trouble for him. The only thing was when we collected the car it was not very clean and had to wait for it to be looked at and cleaned and a small dent in the back passenger door which has still.got to be done and await for contract from engineer which should have been picked up before delivery .
