I have stayed with Mercedes for their exemplary customer care and this time again I have have extremely positive experience in servicing and changing my car. My sales man Roomi is and was the BEST - good communication skills, professional, very patient, listens to reasons for choice and very supportive. I am indeed a very happy Mercedes customer once again. Mercedes staff never disappoint!!!

This is the second time I have used the on line booking service and on both occasions I have been contacted to say that you are unable to honour the booking and have selected an alternative date for me. On both occasions the booking you gave me was inconvenient and I had to phone you to find a suitable date.I have used on line booking with other organizations and have never faced the same problem. Next time I need to book an appointment I will just phone in the first instance. For a brand that prides itself on technological excellence my on line booking experience is less than expected.
