I had asked for the car to be charged up whilst at the dealership but this wasn't done. I was particularly disappointed by this as when I bought the car a few months earlier, it couldn't be charged as the charging point had broken. I really don't think it is a lot to ask, particularly in view of what happened when I picked the car up and I think that the service costs are quite high. I don't have a charging point at home so getting it charged is quite important to me

Reece was warm, friendly & professional

I booked an 08:00 slot online and missed the text message informing me that slot was fully booked and to arrive at 1:00pm. Fortunately the team were still able to honour the booking. Also no communication when car was ready, but overall the experience was exactly as you’d expect from Mercedes.
