The experience was fantastic Ashley Hook was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. In 9 Mercedes’ purchases from lookers Dealing with Ashley was my best experience making the whole transaction extremely easy. Would return and recommend without a second thought.

It would have been very useful if I was given notification that my Service Plan was near to it's end. At the time I booked my service I was under the impression that my service plan would cover the cost & I had no idea that it had expired. Ended up being a big hit to the pocket especially in todays climate.
