It would have been nice if the actual car that i was interested in was available to test drive. I currently own a Cla 200 and did test drive a Cla 220d and was also given an opportunity to test drive a Cla 250e.My biggest gripe though is that the later models have less equipment and do not look as good (In my opinion) than my current model but the costs have increased by a huge amount. As much as I thought i'd seen my new Mercedes on the system it looks like i may have to look at some of your competitors for my next car

Although car was a long time arriving, which I was made aware of upfront, I did receive regular updates / communication from dealership.Sam Wilson has been outstanding from initial meeting to collection of vehicle. Really please with attention to detail throughout process, truly excellent.

MB in my opinion have taken away any one to one with a sales person and with a fixed price there is no negotiation which for me has taken the fun out of buying a new car. It has all become to clinical.

Tom who took over our car sale was amazing! Wish we had had him from the beginning! However initially Danielle was dealing with it all she wasn’t great and wasn’t honest with us, tried to complain but the sales manager wasn’t there, also not happy with how unprofessional the used car sales manager was when valuing our car (a Mercedes we brought brand new from Maidstone just over 3 years ago!) not impressed! Tom and Javid however were great and helped the car sale go through (I was close to cancelling) and went above and beyond to sort out my tax on a Friday afternoon!
