Only reason for 3 stars on booking experience was that I was given a date online, but then called to be told that date was not available and was offered a date weeks later.

I have always found the service staff very helpful and professional. The reason I only gave the booking question 3 stars is that it can be as long as 10 days before they can have the car in to repair a fault and that is on the basis that you can leave it for 2 days. Although I will say it was still safe to use, but on limited mileage I was told.

I purchased my vehicle new in November 2016, since that day I have recieved excellent customer service from Mercedes Maidstone. This visit is no exception and it was a 1st class service as always. Mark in the service department kept me up to date the whole time.
