Sam Wilson made everything so easy for me. He did all the work behind the scenes which allowed me to then easily navigate my way around signing all the right documents. I was very impressed with how the whole process went and was amazed that I had my new car in 2 weeks. Sam made it very special for me on the day I picked it up and would like to thank him for all the work he put into making this whole experience so smooth and problem free.

Original request for vehicle reception charged at £30. Receptionist did not appear to have had necessary information that collection is part of service/care plan, however, refund has been promised after collection driver noticed error on paperwork. Well done driver!
