Reception staff polite and friendly, vehicle promptly moved in to work shop for service then on to wash .Great service from the dealer

I bought GLC AMG line from this dealership few days ago. I was impressed by the professionalism, explanation and amazing service I received from the dealership. I would like to mention the excellent advise and explanations by Danielle Tomlinson who was the sales executive who dealt with the whole process.She took care of everything seamlessly starting from showing car, test drive, explaining controls, complimentary insurance etc etc. She even picked me from the train station on the day of collection.

The representative from Mercedes whom dealt with the purchase of our new car was so very helpful and professional.The whole process was a great experience.

The booking system is not linked/ up to date with the online Mercedes service calendar, therefore arranging an available date was less efficient than expected.

on arrival i was informed that this booking was an allday job ,i replied i was not offered any alternative at the booking stage this should have been made clear to me at this stage ,i said to the service desk i would be waiting for the job to be completed this met with a response it s going to be a long time i was on your site at 7.25 and left at 3.30, your receptionist was checking i was ok occasionally ,which was very kind of her also bought me a sausage roll,, IT NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEAR AT THE BOOKING STAGE OR THE QUESTION ASKED ARE YOU WAITING OR CALLING BACK LATER because of this i spent 8hrs on site,

The handover was a little rushed and it would have been nice to have been able to get to know the car a little more before leaving the dealership.
