Lee Kingston was very helpful and arranged for a test drive following our first visit for both a GLA & GLC. Our first visit was late on a Friday evening so test drives were arranged for Sunday morning Unfortunately the only suitable GLC 220 Premium within lookers group was sold. We did find an ideal GLC at Mercedes in Chelmsford which was a shame for our local dealer.

In store experience was fantastic and very welcoming. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get through to anyone on the telephone as none of the buttons in the automated system works.

I thought Ed the sales guy who looked after us was very easy to talk to without making us feel like he was a pushy sales person.

If I recall correctly, Louise looked after me as the person I arranged to meet was unavailable. Louise was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my off the wall requirements and questions. she even persuaded me to take a test drive which I wasn't aiming to do as I began my search, but I was very please I did as it gave me a much better feel and perspective of the vehicle.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He’s a great asset to your business.
