Unfortunately I presume as had no response back from 2 or 3 days ago that you unable to compete with BMW 1 series we able to get 22 plate for 29.5k. Was looking at your BU22 OND A class in relation to part exchaning our BMW X2 VK19ZYA. 8k was part exchange amount we would have to find in relation to getting BMW 1 series 22 plate. You have all details in relation to this and no problem as taken it as you could not do this figure relating to your vehicle.

I had booked online for an express service while I waited unfortunately the service desk had no record of an express booking even though I had the booking confirmation on my phone. I was told that they would do it as quick as possible. I explained I needed to be away by 11,30 at the latest as I had to get home to go to a funeral at 12.30. My car was ready at 11.40, and they said it was not washed as I needed to get away. I could have done without the stress. Obviously your online booking system needs to be checked.
