Huge thank you to Richard Rapley who looked after me from start to finish. Despite a slight delay in delivery, he kept me informed without fail every 2 days on progress. Very happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received from Richard and Lookers of Maidstone :-). I will be back again in a few years !

Booking service direct with Maidstone works very well but when central office in Brighton intervenes and takes the phone call there are always problems. I would close central office a.s.a.p.

Anthony who deal with our enquiry was outstanding but we located the same vehicle locally, we live in South York’s, which was available on the same deal so we chose not to wait for the vehicle, Anthony sourced, November delivery and take the car now without the long journey.

The new vehicle I enquired about couldn’t be delivered to my home address and I was unable to collect so unfortunately it was a no,The salesperson did ring me to explain and I totally understand why so would like to thank you for your speedy response.
