Sam Wilson was excellent in the way he dealt with me throughout the buying process and especially the hand over process where he demonstrated time and patience in answering my questions. Also his line Manager who joined us during negotiations demonstrated clarity and honesty in any questions about the vehicle as I believe it was only available on site due to a cancelled order.

The online booking was confusing over service date and availability. The date I was given could not be catered for at Maidstone. They arranged an alternative.
