The whole experience was good, however the car wash was not great at all, as missed spots that needed to be cleaned and did not bother cleaning tires and was almost like they had just used a cloth to wipe it off and it caused potential scratches in the paint.

I thought ED at Maidstone was a great ambassador for Mercedes. I just hope he is able to find me a Opalite white c class Premium

I had to wait for a part nearly 2.5 months.It was hard but Ravinder and the sales manager sorted a good deal.

Sam Wilson was excellent in the way he dealt with me throughout the buying process and especially the hand over process where he demonstrated time and patience in answering my questions. Also his line Manager who joined us during negotiations demonstrated clarity and honesty in any questions about the vehicle as I believe it was only available on site due to a cancelled order.
