Apart from the fact it was supposed to be serviced in Canterbury, once I had got over the shock of the vehicle being in Maidstone, and the continued questions by the dealership of what type of service it needed, as ‘the website was down’ and the 2 days it took to download the sat nav update, everything seems OK. Unprofessional to be rung up and asked for payment, without an itemised bill. This is my first Mercedes, so maybe you do things very differently to Rolls Royce and Porsche which are the only other cars I have owned in the last 35 years?

My experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Ola was absolutely amazing answered both mine and my fathers many questions, thoroughly explained all services, packages, specs, always communicating with any updates he had for me whilst I awaited the car to be delivered. Business manager Javaid and Richard were also outstanding during the pick up. Javaid was really patient and also really responsive. Massive thank you to Richard aswell for going through all of the controls explaining all of the paper work thoroughly. Mercedes benz of Maidstone went above and beyond to provide the best service, will be a returning customer.

my car had an mot before collection even though one was not due till 29-1-23 but it did not have a service which is very disappointing. l believe the service is due on 19-1-23 so it would have been nice to have both done together.
