Ed Ruston was excellent ! So professional and knowledgable He has offered plenty of aftercare and dealt with all aspects of the sale comprehensively .

We were treated excellently well by Sam who was exceptionally knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had not realised the Mercedes no longer build manual gears on an a class. Sam allowed us to drive an automatic for the first time which we found different. We decided it would be a gamble to buy a new automatic car. However we are going to hire some automatic cars over the next few months to get used to driving them. We will then look into buying a new car once we are used to them. However also because a family member is seriously ill we have had to delay the process.

Ashley Hook was very helpful and informative during the whole process of purchasing our new car. We would definitely recommend both him and Lookers Maidstone to friends and family.
