Overall very good, they seemed to think I requested a loan car which was not the case, although only a minor issue.

Good experience as before. However, car was not cleaned as was previously offered and the driver floor mat was dirty. I would expect drivers to put protective covers on seats/ carpets when using customer vehicles.

The service I receive is the one of the reasons I own a Mercedes car.

We were treated excellently well by Sam who was exceptionally knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had not realised the Mercedes no longer build manual gears on an a class. Sam allowed us to drive an automatic for the first time which we found different. We decided it would be a gamble to buy a new automatic car. However we are going to hire some automatic cars over the next few months to get used to driving them. We will then look into buying a new car once we are used to them. However also because a family member is seriously ill we have had to delay the process.
