Really helpful. My car was in for an unexpected breakdown and was undrivable. I took it to the dealership and was told it would be a week before it could be fixed but if possible it would be done sooner. It was fixed 4 days sooner than anticipated and done with no fuss. Staff were all very helpful. My only complaint was that I rang and left several messages to try and book the car in but my calls weren't returned for 48 hours meaning I had to ring multiple times to try and book in. I can only assume the service department was extremely busy. Once booked in though, communication was excellent.

Booking experience was poor as the online Mercedes system did not sync with yours it was only by pure chance that I had to call Lookers that my appt was confirmed even though you had to change it to a different time. Seems somewhat pointless allowing me to book online when it bears no resemblance to your system

We found the whole experience superb ,with the help we had from Sam Wilson,finding the car we wanted was no trouble.He was excellent in every aspect, helping,explaining,nothing was too much trouble with all the forms etc.We look forward to dealing with Sam in future. Sam was the salesman at Lookers Maidstone Kent .

The dealership opted out of any further involvement in helping me renewing the service plan which I have always taken out and renewed with them in my very many years of direct involvement with then (and their preseasons) since my first Mercedes purchase in 1993!!

I was originally told it was 1hour 30 minutes for an express service , I was there 3 hours , I was told I would have a wash and vacuum this service did not happen although I was offered to return for a free Valet but the 20 mile journey is not fees-able
