Had to return vehicle after service as the ADBlue had not been topped up. We have a service plan as this should be included.

Your representative Sam Wilson was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable. He talked us through everything and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he had the patience of a Saint as not only did I change my mind about which vehicle I wanted but I was very pushy on timeframe as I wanted the sale completed before I went away on holiday. Sam went above and beyond to ensure that happened. Sam is a credit to Lookers Mercedes Maidstone and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience dealing with Sam I will highly recommend Lookers in the future. He is a valuable member of your team. I would also like to add that the lady who dealt with the service agreement on my car was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She impressed us so much that we also took out a service agreement on my husbands vehicle whilst we were in the showroom. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she also is a credit to Lookers.
