The salesman and his sales manager where both excellent so much different to your staff at the Maidstone branch who seem to think customers are a inconvenience. Taranjit Bains was exceptionally good, keep him at all cost.

Anthony was really helpful kept in touch with me and kept looking to see if anything was suitable with the payment figures I was looking for. Although he was unable to secure a car I’d definitely go back to him in future to see if there was a deal he could do

Good service and delay required for arrival of part and rebooking by me. Great that Mercedes recognised the unusual nature of the fault and did not charge to remedy it.

I found a vehicle via MB Oxford days before one at Lookers. Hence committed to test drive and have now bought the MB Oxford vehicle. No issue at all with Lookers.

Really helpful. My car was in for an unexpected breakdown and was undrivable. I took it to the dealership and was told it would be a week before it could be fixed but if possible it would be done sooner. It was fixed 4 days sooner than anticipated and done with no fuss. Staff were all very helpful. My only complaint was that I rang and left several messages to try and book the car in but my calls weren't returned for 48 hours meaning I had to ring multiple times to try and book in. I can only assume the service department was extremely busy. Once booked in though, communication was excellent.

Booking experience was poor as the online Mercedes system did not sync with yours it was only by pure chance that I had to call Lookers that my appt was confirmed even though you had to change it to a different time. Seems somewhat pointless allowing me to book online when it bears no resemblance to your system
