Taranjit bains (sorry if I miss spelt it) was my point of contact during the transaction, I have to say he was absolutely great, I didn’t know what I really wanted but Taranjit definitely helped me throughout the process, an absolute credit to Mercedes and really gave me hope that british customer service is still out there! Most definitely because of him Mercedes made that sale! Hopefully he is rewarded appropriately! Thank you Taranjit

All in all my dealings with Ashley were excellent, right from the video he sent over to the car collection, there were a couple of issues but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently so very happy with the service he gave.

As always Rummy was excellent; be back again in 2 years

My vehicle purchase was probably a little more complex than usual, but Ray made sure that it was a straightforward process and made sure that both he and the staff worked around my availability. Couldn't have been easier.

Staff were all fantastic but 30 minutes after driving the car away the engine light came on. Ed, called me first thing the next day and the problem is being handled. This of course is sub optimal but these things happen and the staff have reacted appropriately up until this point.

Two elements during this transaction were disappointing. One, the EQA, costing £87,000 was not supplied with a UK domestic charging cable. Why not? Two, Mercedes Insurance could not provide insurance for this vehicle, not even the 7 day instant cover. Why not?
