A totally satisfying experience

Although the staff in the garage were thorough I felt that my main concern of abnormally low fuel consumption on some odd occasions, was not possibly fully understood, by the mechanics in the workshop. It is not possible to recreate the situation on demand, so very difficult to demonstrate. The attention I was given was very good, but I expect the problem to occur again sometime in the future.

The visit was just like wow - amazing! The staff Ash and Javid at Mercedes-Benz were so kind and friendly. When entering the store I’m always greeted with a smile.
