HAVING BOOKED A 1 HOUR SERVICE SLOT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR JUST OVER 3 HOURS. THE LADY WHO SERVED ME IN THE DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND I CANNOT FAULT HER IN ANY WAY. IN FUTURE I WILL PROBABLY BOOK EITHER A COLLECTION AND RETURN OR A COURTESY CAR.

I have reservations about the tyre paint/dressing that was applied at the service, some of which found its way onto the rims and seems difficult to remove from there. Otherwise the service seems a neat and clean job.

Dropped phone calls an d unanswered e-mails not good!

Our experience in the past has been awful your unable to speck to anyone in the service department by phone we left many messages to contact us which they never did. Luckily we finally did speck to someone on the phone which was Nicola storie she is a great asset to mercedes. It went from a very bad service to a superb service thanks to nicola storie we cannot praise her enough for the service she gave us.
