Very good service

The visit was just like wow - amazing! The staff Ash and Javid at Mercedes-Benz were so kind and friendly. When entering the store I’m always greeted with a smile. They offer their assistance and answer any questions I had. The store was very organized and tidy. They did a great job!Hope to seeing you soon when coming in for my services.

I have never felt comfortable visitjng Mercedes because of yhe general attitude of people. They have a long way to go in learning to be helpful. Having said that, this time I came just that my wife could sit inside the car yo have a feel of it. But we found Mr. Ravinder Singh so friendly and helpful that we ended up buying the car on the same day. He was absolutely brilliant. As for the company in general, plz ask the receptionists to be less dismissive if someone hasn't got an appointment. Some of us are actually there, taking time out of our work, to do business with you. Thank you

Everything was great. The car was still somewhat dirty inside eg: parking receipts from Cornwall under seat, sticky residue in console!. Other than this the service was excellent
