When I contacted Mercedes by phone no one called me back . During my visit to the dealership I met Christopher Hawkins who was excellent and inevitably stopped me going to Lexus ( as I had been to test drive a vehicle there). Chris undoubtedly sealed the deal . I did get lots of calls from various departments regarding the return of the lease vehicle and that was annoying as clearly information had not been communicated internally . On the day of collection I called and left a message for Christopher which the colleague didn’t deliver - lucky Christopher was there when I arrived and handled things swiftly .
