Good experience considering I was a ‘walk in’ and was welcomed and treated well. Only thing, after stating we needed to go for our 1 year old son, he was getting hungry and crabby. The salesman started rolling off finance examples and not letting us go.

Service was brilliant and I like the email video showing the health check. The only think which was a pain was that it was a recall and I was told it would take 1/2 hour, but it actually took 1 3/4 hours. If I’d have realised this, I would not have brought my son with me.

Staff were approachable and acknowledged all customers right from the waiting area. Service team sent video recording of visual health check of my car on time I had a comfortable quiet seat away from the waiting area to charge my laptop whilst I carried on with my work (really appreciate your representative who came to my rescue whilst I was trying to find a charging point for my laptop) Jithu (service team manager) was approachable and kept me updated with realistic times for service completion Overall staff were warm, approachable and acknowledged customers.
