The booking was for a recall and was made by a central team who did not make it clear that I was going to be waiting whilst the repairs were carried out. The team at Lookers did their best to make sure that I didn’t have to wait too long despite the error in the booking that wasn’t their fault. Left in good time so many thanks for sorting that.
