Even though Lookers was going through a refurbishment the staff were very professional and helpful when I took the car in for a service ,everything was explained to me about the sevice and would be informed by phone if any thing extra was needed. On collecting the car it had been serviced and cleaned so was very pleased with my overall experience

Sales person did a great job, very personable, polite and professional. Improvement in signing documents via technology should be considered as doesn't really work well, bit of a pain. Human element excellent.

I dealt with Richard Rapley. Extremely helpful. From the initial enquiry on a car that was at a sister site he went to alot of trouble and effort to get the car brought over, prepared and ready for collection in a matter of days. Replied to all emails promptly and if he wasn’t available to take a call it was returned extremely quickly. No pressure just a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the Mercedes Brand.

Customer service was ok. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase due to the payments being slightly more than I needed them to be, But Ola from Maidstone was great and done his best. I will be. returning when the time is right!

I wasn’t even looking for a new car and yet Ravinder had remembered what it was I was looking for and had found it for me. That’s just very good service.
