A shortage of staff meant waiting times increased significantly which had a knock on effect of some disgruntled customers.

Good greeting and was passed on to Lee. I explained my requirement and he was very helpful. Unfortunately you didn't have any hybrid A Class hatches in stock but he showed me around a saloon and explained recent changes to the interior. I found Lee to be very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. To be honest, I didn't like the showroom. It was too big, with not enough in there to fill it. The way the sales people's desks were arranged looked like it was makeshift. Although the receptionist and Lee were welcoming, I didn't think the building was. Hence the score below.

Richard was very happy to let us have a test drive before we took charge of the car, he dealt with the road tax and registration without any fuss and also took his time to explain the cars’ functions and helped with initial startup.

Service/MOT completed quickly and on time again. Plenty of coffee available whilst waiting in the lounge area. Excellent service and updated throughout via service video.
