From booking in my appointment for the service - the telephone receptionist / floor receptionist through to the service team all were extremely professional, very helpful and friendly. They gave me information about my car and the most amazing service is the short video clip on the car health checks. It is always in the most simplistic term to enable me to understand. Thanks also to the staff at the back who agreed for me to use the office just after the toilets for my very important work /corporate meeting which gave me privacy and promoted confidentiality. Mercedes never fail in customer service but it is now top notch excellent and I am a very happy customer and I am very proud to be a Mercedes owner for the past 10years!!
