The service and MOT took longer than I was told and it was especially annoying as I mentioned that I had to look after a little boy whose father had passed away the evening before. Then to add salt to the wound. I was told that my car would be cleaned and the interior vacuumed. The interior was good but the car hadn't been cleaned. I didn't have time to go back as explained above. I called later to complain but no answer so I called the reservations office who said that they would pass my complaint on to the maidstone branch and they would mention that my car should be cleaned next time it goes in for a health check.

Reception seemed a bit stressed and a definite lack of staff on the shop floor

From walking in to receiving my car back, everything was explained in full and I was kept up to date on what was happening. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and all the staff there were so polite.
