Polite and helpful

I arrived at the dealership at 1:38 PM on Saturday, having called earlier and been informed that someone from the parts department would be available until 2 PM, despite their usual closing time of 1 PM. However, upon my arrival, I was told the parts team had already left. I spoke with the dealership manager to express my dissatisfaction, and he kindly took my details and address. To my surprise, on Monday morning, my parts were hand-delivered to me. While it started with a disappointing experience, it ended with excellent service. Thank you.
