The issues I had were the fact the Finance company talk directly to me instead of it going through the dealership so it creates a longer waiting process. It took too long a wait and too many mistake from finance company. Sending wrong agreements or calculating the wrong amounts etc… Lee the sales person was great the car was immaculate and well prepared
