it has been a very satisfying experience from the day 1, I took my car with some issues. Compared to other dealers, this was the first time a senior technician came out on a test drive with me to understand the faults and concerns with the car. He immediately found them and noted them down on the paperwork. Jitu Menon who has been my contact from that day, has given me a professional service and always kept in communication at all times. First time I used this garage very impressed with the service department all went smooth. When I got my car back all the electronics had been turned off for some reason, radio, sat nav, phone etc. The Speedo had been changed. I am not this way minded to change this back so, I need to find someone to change this back for me or phone for help from Lookers or take the car back for them to correct this, not good.
