Just an MOT today but great service and waiting lounge/watching area with free coffee. Friendly staff. Only downside was that once my MOT was completed it took ages for the paperwork to be completed.

Prior my arrival, I had booked for a loan car. However upon my arrival, I was told that a loan car was not requested on their system. This was disheartening as I had to work and did not have any form of transportation. The team did sort something out for me, but it will be good to get the systems sorted out please.
