Mercedes 200 outside warranty period but having done only 19,000 miles diagnosed with faulty nox sensor with repair cost of more than £1K. You replaced sensor and covered all costs as gesture of goodwill. Ijah Banton dealt with me. He was excellent. He dealt with me with understanding, courtesy and dignity at same time upholding your business rules and values. Ijah is a huge credit to your Company and a very valuable asset to your Company. This goodwill goes a long long way in enhancing your reputation and image as a very reputable, ethical and excellent Company to deal with.
