The collection and delivery service was excellent, really lovely driver, thank you. The service was excellent and great customer service. However, I found the on-line booking system did not work properly and therefore my booking was double booked (apparently a known fault!), so had been rearranged on a date I could not do, I then had trouble getting a date booked.

A quiet area away from a television that was blaring out but being watched by nobody would be nice as I found it very noisy in the waiting area. I did appreciate the wide choice of tea & coffee that was available. The Ladies toilets were immaculate & the whole showroom was very clean. As a single woman I feel safe & there is a welcoming atmosphere across the whole site.

Rummy was extremely friendly and helpful throughout and made buying the car an easy transaction. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend Mercedes Benz of Maidstone and particularly Rummy.

The staff are pleasant and helpful and communicate well with their customers. The show room is well stocked, clean and organised and the waiting area is comfortable with wi-fi and drinks facilities. Customer wi Fi was weak , when waiting for a vehicle for 2 hours would be nice to have good wi Fi . Other than that all great .
