Our experience was good. Mir. Sing was so helpfull and nothing was too much trouble for him. The only thing was when we collected the car it was not very clean and had to wait for it to be looked at and cleaned and a small dent in the back passenger door which has still.got to be done and await for contract from engineer which should have been picked up before delivery .

Yes, your on-line booking service is a waste of time!!!!! A staff member when pointing out the issues, told me they had 'loads of complaints about the inafectedness of the system!
