On previous occasions my car has always been cleaned. This time it was not - have your changed your policy?

The communication with me was the only let down as a two-hour job became three due to a recall being performed which I'd been told previously couldn't be done and would need a separate booking which I had done the week before - it's just no one told me they were doing it on the day!

Unable to use the on line link for my online Mercedes account. Twice reported that the site kept crashing and no one came back. Only able to view 48hrs prior to collection of car, after payment had been made.

Really nice welcome and very comfortable place to sit and work while waiting for my car to be serviced. I would have been happy to spend the day there.

It would have been nice if the actual car that i was interested in was available to test drive. I currently own a Cla 200 and did test drive a Cla 220d and was also given an opportunity to test drive a Cla 250e. My biggest gripe though is that the later models have less equipment and do not look as good (In my opinion) than my current model but the costs have increased by a huge amount. As much as I thought i'd seen my new Mercedes on the system it looks like i may have to look at some of your competitors for my next car

Very good experience from booking my service to collecting when service finished Staff very friendly and experienced. Very nice environment .
