Although car was a long time arriving, which I was made aware of upfront, I did receive regular updates / communication from dealership. Sam Wilson has been outstanding from initial meeting to collection of vehicle. Really please with attention to detail throughout process, truly excellent.

MB in my opinion have taken away any one to one with a sales person and with a fixed price there is no negotiation which for me has taken the fun out of buying a new car. It has all become to clinical.

Perhaps when washing vehicle use a cloth to wipe off very smudgey

Tom who took over our car sale was amazing! Wish we had had him from the beginning! However initially Danielle was dealing with it all she wasn’t great and wasn’t honest with us, tried to complain but the sales manager wasn’t there, also not happy with how unprofessional the used car sales manager was when valuing our car (a Mercedes we brought brand new from Maidstone just over 3 years ago!) not impressed! Tom and Javid however were great and helped the car sale go through (I was close to cancelling) and went above and beyond to sort out my tax on a Friday afternoon!

I’m still considering an sl55 but I am also interested in a Range Rover. I need to make up my mind and will let you know when I have.
