I was quoted a price for the service when I booked and noted this down, but when I collected my car, the invoice was for over £100 more. I understand that extra work might be required when a vehicle is serviced but then I asked what the extra charge was for they couldn’t explain it. There was some discussion on the office and then I was advised that the invoice would be re-done. The reason I was given was the person who does the invoices must have made a mistake as she had been very busy that day. They deducted £15 from the cost of the loan car, as a gesture but I will be checking the invoices carefully in future!

Arranging the service was simple and accommodating, I chose to drop and collect and was updated via email and telephone conversation. Collected vehicle at arranged time, vehicle had been cleaned and prepared without any issues

I did not receive a call from Mercedes, when my car was ready to be collected. I had to contact them almost end of the day to ask about my car. Even i was told that the check will take an approximation of 4hours, i collected my car after 8hours.

Last experience was to fix the issue which was in the car since i bought it from your dealership. Which i must say was good. Alex workshop manager and his team helped me and really fixed/tested the vehicle before handing back to me. But my after sales experience is pathetic, given a car with issues and even after raising the issue within couple of days there was no ownership shown in guiding the customer as in what to do. Infact sent to another dealer who couldnt fix it multiple times.It costed me money and mental stress. Thats not any customer would like to go through. I am not getting the issue now in the car, atleast till now.

The service wash could of been better, cloths must be dirty and under sills and bumpers need better attention to detail I come from this background so know what an acceptable standard is, suggest a QC by Mercedes before handing back to the customer
