Booked well in advance, including a courtesy car, only to have this date changed. This was not convenient so rebooked original date, only to be informed that a courtesy was not available, despite being available on the initial booking. Had to borrow a car for the day, so not very happy.

Small point but Tyre pressures were checked and inflated accordingly bar one rear tyre that seemed to be forgotten about

Took the option of having car washed before collecting unfortunately car wasn’t dirty but had Sahara dust covering. Obviously only power washed consequently windows badly stained with dry sand/ water marks. Had to re clean windows my self when I got home. Very disappointed.

Having had my car for almost a fortnight it would've been nice if you'd chucked a bucket of water over it. Despite the fact that I said that the car needed charging it wasn't done and I got clobbered for a £400+ Battery (which I've been told that a Bosch battery for my car should have been £250, so you charged me £200 to fit a battery). I also found it ridiculous that I had to wait a week for a 'clip' to be sent from Germany but expensive parts were in stock)... "Seriously"!?
