Parts orderly quickly and car repaired quickly. Not 5 star because no courtesy vacuum of interior, no wash of exterior, car returned with critical low battery warning and 40 minutes to collect car. No big deal, but this is where it could have been improved.

I was unable to accompany my daughter who was taking ownership. She is 20 and was apprehensive. I spoke with Marios and he was fantastic, appreciating she had never driven a Mercedes not an automatic. He went on a drive with her to reassure her. Great service from him.
