After waiting 1hr 50 mins for battery to be changed it was a trifle frustrating that it took a further 20 mins, with vehicle ready and waiting, for the paperwork to be completed. With no communication as to progress during the changing process.

Tom was so helpful and his communication was amazing throughout the whole process with sorting everything out for my new car which made it so easy for me, when picking the car up tom sat with me in the car and explained everything with the controls. So happy with my new car

I was offered a free of charge wash and vacuum on drop off and was told it would take an extra half hour or so which I accepted. 2 and a half hours later I was already running a little late and had to dash off only to find that my car hadn’t been washed or vacuumed. I didn’t mind waiting the extra time but I feel as though I was kept for no real reason. Bit of a shame considering the amount I’d spent on the repair……

Amazing service!! Sam and Will were extremely helpful and kept us well informed. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My vehicle was badly damaged by a pothole. It spent three days with you and is now back with myself. Looking to achieve full reimbursement from Kent Highways now !
